Which Service Advisor at MB of Anaheim (Caliber Motor)
I have posted this question in 203W owners' forum but let me post it in this forum as well since it is not really a model-specific question.
My C320 is in need of a warranty repair and I am planning to visit Mercedes Benz of Anaheim (formerly, Caliber Motors of Anaheim Hills) for the service. I have been given three names of service advisors to go to there; Randy, Gary, and Dave. With whom do you recommend me to make an appointment? Which one of them has more customer oriented attitude and has more discretionary power to make decisions? Or, do you have someone else to recommend other than those three I mentioned?
