Any update on 4-Matic Availability?
On the one hand I hear that come Spring 2003 the 4-Matic option will be available on the new E-Class, and on the other hand I hear it won't appear until the 2004 model. Even if the later is true, isn't it likely that the 2004 model of the new E may appear as early as Spring in the same way the 2003 model of the SL500 showed up in the U.S. this past Spring? In any event is it most likely that by August 1 2003 the new 4-Matic E Class vehicles will be coming off the line? (One notes that on the MBUSA site the build your own option already references that the sports package is not available with the 4-Matic option. Doesn't that suggest sooner, rather than later availability of the 4-Matic?????)
