Any advise where to service (warranty) my E320 CDI in North and/or West suburbs of Chicago?
There are Knauz, Autohous on Eadens, Motorworks of Barrington, Arlington Heights and probably at least one more.
Please share good/bad experience. Thanks

i took my car to the arlington heights location for service and i tell you NEVER agian they moved to st.charles......now if you want great service and care for your car go to lincolnwood to Loeber Motors , they take care of youand your car, they r straight with you and guess what they was your car inside and out,not like those other guys(that is my biggest pet peev when they wash your car half-***)

I would agree, drop the arlington heights place (now st. charles) like a bad habit. They have changed owners a couple of times over the past few years and I think it screwed up the entire place.

I've been going to the place in Hoffman Estates. They seem to be pretty good.

All the way...I've been to them all Naperville MB is the place to go.

Yeah I'm pretty satisfied with MB of Naperville too. Though they could learn to wash cars a little more throughly.

Motorwerks has a new MB only dealer in Hoffman Estates (Schaumburg), a few miles west of Woodfield on Golf Road. I'm very please with their service. Never a wait and they'll do while you wait work quickly.

Bought my Benz at Hoffman Estates and have been very happy so far. I have a friend that works at a dealership but also has his own shop on Elston Ave. Good work at good prices. I have taken my old E420 by him for oil changes. Lifters and common problems like windows and lights. With my E500 still under warranty I will be going to MW Hoffman Estates.

Second (third?) the recommendation of MB of Hoffman Estates. They've just greatly expanded their service department. I had no end of troubles with my 2003 E500. If not for the stellar service I received there, I would never consider another MB. Jason Ehret is the manager (224 653-2072).
