OK, the guy that did this web site REALLY hates car dealers BUT there is some good insight into the whole car buying process.
The main site is www.carbuyingtips.com There is Zero information on automobiles but it hits about everything else related to buying and selling a car. The site is a bit cluttered so if you what to cut straight through to the new car sections go to http://www.carbuyingtips.com/carintro.html and head to the bottom of the page where things are laid out in chapters.
