2005 CDI Fuel filter - where to buy and location
Also what is the location of both fuel filters on my car? Any write up or pics on the procedure would be great!
Here are three sources I use:
http://www.buymbparts.com/
http://catalog.mercedesshop.com/
Caliber Motors in California, they are a Mercedes dealership that sells discount parts. Call 1-800-252-6877 and ask for Al Travino in Parts. I don't know if he's still there though.
I also would like to find out where the fuel filters are located and what is the procedure to change them.
Thanks.
You'll have to remove the engine cover to access the filter, meaning you'll need torx tools.
The hose clamps on the filter hoses are CLIC type, meaning you'll need special pliers to remove/reinstall them.
