My estimate:

2008 E350 (White, Burl walnut trim) $ 46585
Cachmere leather: $ 1500
P1 package: $ 2223
Wood/leather steering: $ 502
------
$ 50810
------

Dealer in southern cal offers $ 51250 (+ tax, lic).
Is this reasonable for a cash purchase?

Are you SURE you don't want the Bi-Xenon headlights? (Pkg 2) They're an amazing set of lights to drive with.

Consumer Reports estimates invoice at $48112. This doesn't include
P1 or options.

I am trying to keep to a budget. So, Barry, don't tempt me with P2. :-)
