Would appreciate your expertise on this.

I've got a 2004 E320CDI that is giving me a ventilation problem at the moment. On ocassions, cold air is continually blown out even if the setting is on max heat. Does anyone know of this problem and any solution for it?

More than likely the shut off valve needs to be replaced (firewall, driver side).
