bluetooth phone book question - help
I just picked up my 08 e class and installed the bluetooth modulator. I have so many phone numbers in my phone (apprx. 3,000 - Motorola Q) that I only get to the letter D.
I believe that there are only 99 numbers the phone book can store. If I delete a name / number within the phone book of the car, will I go to the next name that was not stored because the system ran out of memory ???
Any help would be appreciated !!!

I don't have near as many #'s as you do but I have 150 in my BB 8100 and can see all of them listed. I would imagine there is some limit but maybe it could vary by phone.

Check that there are no illegal characters in names. Stick to alphanumeric only.

I was planning on getting the V60 bluetooth puck for my new (to me, 2004) E500 wagon. I found a site on MBUSA for compatible phones in the Verizon network, and it did not list my phone, the KRZR. In fact, it only listed 4 phones into total as compatible. Does anyone have any other phone models / brands that work with the bluetooth puck?
The listed phones are all Motorola: E815, V710, RAZR and Q.
Specifically, I have a Verizon KRZR and a T_Mobile Blackberry 8700g. Both a bluetooth compatible. And I would love both to just be accessible from COMAND with a bluetooth adapter in the car. Does anyone have an success with these phones?
Thanks, jim

How about multiple numbers for the same phonebook entry?
my nokia phone book has can support mulitple numbers for the same person, (home, work, cell, etc) when it syncs via bluetooth with the MB i am only able to see one number per name. Is there anyway around this, or do i need to redo my nokia book so i have one entry per name. (and put the names in, with subtle spelling differences) multiple times.

I called AWS yesterday to ask them that exact question. They said try to hit the send button on the phone. Like you would normally have to do when you switch over to the incoming call. I have not tried it yet
