Its a 350 because it doesn't have the ventilated seat buttons and airmatic buttons.
Love the car. Do you have any more pictures of the steering wheel, specifically the paddle shifters? It looks like they are smaller than the E63 paddles.

I would agree with you that many 500's/550;s are also debadged, as I'm going to be doing mine soon. But I don't see any airmatic controls on this car so I think it's a 350 too. I thought airmatic was standard on 500's/550's?

And I just noticed it doesn't have the 4 zone climate, which I also is think is standard on the 500's/550's.
