Has anyone replaced the center exterior grille with the start - pics ???

mercedes 2011 CLS550 with AMG package
Has anyone replaced the center exterior grille with the start - pics ???
I am considering changing the existing OEM center grille on the front of my 2008 E350 with the 321 AMG package to the one with the star built in it (like the CLS) and then change the star on the hood to the flat one. Has anyone installed this or have any photo's AND where can I get it ???

I've seen several threads in this forum for both changes, and the threads had photos as well.
