Just get it.

I'm assuming you know what this thing does, and DOES NOT do.

I love mine!!!! Throttle is much more responsive and it doesn't affect your fuel consumption. Definitely worth it!

What it does: enhances your car's performance and feel.

What it doesn't do: enhance YOUR performance and feel.

Hey Ryda! is it true that the throttle makes the wheels screach on first and on second??

With our measly motors? HAHA, I’ve yet to experience that. Once in awhile I’ll chirp the tires, but only when I go into a turn from a complete stop. I haven’t really driven my car with the ESP off so who knows….tires just might chirp if I stomp on the pedal. I guess I could try it out and report back.

Okay, I drove around today for an hour w/ the ESP off and by smashing on the gas pedal and I couldn't get my tires to chirp . I'll try the brake-launch technique this weekend. I think our 320s just lack the torque to break the tires loose.

Yes, sprintbooster is not only available for all diesel and gas/petrol MB cars, but a host of other cars as well. Google it and you'll see.

I have yet to see 0-60 times or any other times by any owners. All I've seen is reports of a more responsible throttle, which should result in better acceleration,.

Here's another one on an E55. This is actually my sprintbooster that I loaned these guys for testing this past summer. Makes a huge difference in our cars. Remember, that it doesn't make the car faster at all. Rather it totally eliminates the lag associated with our throttle-by-wire cars, thus making it feel faster. It's a good 200.00 investment. And if you don't like it, you can sell it in the classifieds for the same price as you paid for it.

Where can I get one of these? Also, is it really a 30 second install as they say?

There are 2 being sold in the classifieds at this moment. Here is the non-AMG one.

30 seconds install is an exaggeration....I'd say 5-10 mins from start to end.
