CAn I get an Ipod to work in my 03 E500? I have the factory cassette and CD system in my car right now.

Short answer is YES if you use a cassette adapter for iPod.

You may also look into upgrading your cassette unit to a COMAND and then add iPod kit. It would allow full integration of iPod into the system and you would be able to control iPod via buttons on the steering wheel. Expect to pay at least $1000 if you choose to go this route.
