Pictures of cable harnes...

This part "cable harnes" or "pin for socket" is an individual wire, if you retrofit Headlights w/o bi-xenon you need to order 10 PN is 0005403805 you need to insert each wire (five per socket) make sure you insert the female side, this wire have female and male pin on each side....

Pin and plug together...

Grab the wire close to the plug, push firmly, you will hear "click"... very easy... 2nd picture show both plugs (one each side) ready... you may need cut the male pins, do not cut the wires to short... now you have a conector for the new facelift headlights non Xenon... For Bi Xenon you will need a 2nd. conector PN A 023 545 06 26 (look the same but it's different, same conector but different guides to insert on female headlight part) you will need to order 10 more "cable harness"

"Frost projector lens" is the old style headlights (frost lense), not the clear lense.... I guess

Mercedes E class
apparently these ones are plug and play for models 03-06.
i have not personally tried these lights but there is a member here who recently did 63amg conversion and installed facelift lights made for 03-06 models.

That would be a solution instead of replacing the complete headlights. Do you have part numbers of the parts needed?

Unhappy

any more ideas on connecting the headlights? My new 07 headlights have xenon and are adaptive (not bi xenon). My old ones were also xenon.
I get everything else working except the level adaption. I just cant understand how to connect wires on the second plug. Maybe someone can help me?
I dont know how to connect the remaining wires. Added pictures also now
