unused buttons/switches in console

unused buttons/switches in console

I have this weird thing about buttons that dont work in cars, or where there are spaces for buttons. If I don't get distronic, will the place where they normally are get filled in with wood?

no clue where that button is, but if u dont get heated seats they are blank

Its to the left of the shifter.

Yes both the Distronic button,and auxiluary heating is removed entirely if not ordered so it is just wood to the left of the gear lever.

That is the reason why I got seat heating as I didn't want the blank buttons on either end of the console.

With parktronic however there will be two blank buttons next to it on the wood around the transmission on my car as that is where the Airmatic buttons would be if i had it.
