Any recommendations on a good/great auto body shop in the south bay (CA)? Any where near San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Mountain View.

Any thoughts on "The Works Auto Body" in Santa Clara?

Long story short, got rear ended this morning. Bumped at about 5-10 mph and cracked the rear bumper.

go to German auto, or you can just drop by Sonic motorsport, they also can help you with the bumper. As i know they are the best for painting bumper, the color are perfectly match.

I was rearended in my previous E class and took it to a shop called Bi-City Paint and Body in Santa Clara. They are down the street from The works Auto body and German Auto body. All 3 shops are pretty good though.

I wonder if Parktronics could be modifed to remain on and trigger a very very loud horn installed under the rear bumper when another vehicle gets too close to your rear bumper; it may work ro reduce the # of cases of being rear ended in slow moving traffic.

My other vehicle is a full size SUV with a solid tow bar hitch socket; anyone hitting me would get a nice square hole in their front bumper; fortunately it has never happened.
