I will look on ebay. It should provide good indicator on the going price.
Btw, if it is all possible, I would definitely sell it before the warranty ends (either mileage or year), so the buyer can have an opportunity to purchase the extended warranty. When I was looking for used MB or BMW, I don't even look at one without an existing warranty.

2005 E320 4matic
I have a 2005 E320 W4 (AWD) Silver with Black interior, heated seats, moon, etc... and I am hoping to be able to get no less than $25,900 for it and it has 36K on it... with lots of warranty left (over a year and 14K...) and never been in any accidents or anything...
So, wouldn't that put the 04s in the $22-$24K range?

I think you are mixing the E500 values with the E320???

You'll need to get a friend/relative in the automobile business who will share his/her access codes. Sales people aren't it. Manheim is the largest and highest volume wholesale automobile auction company in the world.

Agreed...CPO price on that car would be somewhere around $30k max and $27k min...sounds like you have a nice car and you would most likely be able to get more out of a private sale.
