HELP! 03 E500 noise from left front suspension..

HELP! 03 E500 noise from left front suspension..
Hi i just fixed my car from dealer shop without warranty...
first time i heard wierd sound when i drive rough road, i heard and felt that something is moving under the bumper, so they found that some suspendion oil was leaking and brake pad and disc is almost gone...so i replaced it and paid, $1000........ BUT!!!
when i came to pick up my car, i heard very big noise and vibration (even can be heard from outside) from left front bumper.... so i went back to dealer to ask...
he said, this is common problem of W211 and it has to replace some parts...
but i did not have those sound before i went to dealer shop!!!!
That;s the problem...i spent $1000, and i a got bigger noise and it keeps making sound and vibrates every like 5- 10 mins.!!!
but my dealer said, we did not do anything relate with air suspension...so maybe this is not our problem... i am very very sensitive to my car, so there is no way to forget this sound, i swear that i never heard this sound~!
as a one of customers, i dont understand....
after visiting and fixing a problem, i got another much bigger one instead????
what you think you guys????? what should i do with this dealer shop???????
