February Incentives on E350

Does anyone have a crystal ball on the Feb 08 incentives for a 2008 E350 4-matic Sport?

I am currently looking to lease one and my dealer (of course) wants it to close before end of January. I was wondering if they know that in Feb the incentives may be better.....?

Currently they are offering me an 08 E350 Sport 4-Matic, P2 package, plus some other options for around $58,800 MSRP discounted 8% to $54,100. For a 39 mth lease 53% residual .0017 MF they are quoting $795 plus change with $1900 out of pocket (inception fees).

Is this a good deal or should I wait??

OOf. I got mine in Sept. 08 350 sport with P2, Pana roof, iPod, Wood wheel, trunk closer, folding seats and designo wood interior. Sticker was $62, I got 39 months, $2900 out of pocket ($1k down) and I pay $635 a month.

Yes it's good. You got buy rate, and are below invoice. What else could you possibly want?

2017 E300 4matic Sport
My neighbor just picked up a new 2008 350 4matic with P1 package, Black on black. He shopped for a 12K a year lease, 24 month program and paid $620 month, sales tax included, no cap reduction and paid only standard inception fees outside the lease. This is a New Jersey lease with 7% sales tax included in the lease payment.

Apparently, a number of NJ dealers are selling (leasing) vehicles with lower than invoice pricing under a friends/family program. Saves about $100 a month! Dealers rarely offer it and you only get it if you push really hard.

I paid more!!
