On the flip side, I didn't know that F1 did this kind of work. I don't want to spend over a grand on this thing or else I will just take out the sensors and bend them straight to lower the car for nothing, lol.

At first the ride was a bit bumpy but after a few weeks they settled into a ride just a tad bit firmer than stock.

My 19's in the front are 245/35/19 +30 offset and I still have .6" gap there a .25" gap in the rear.
So if your gap in the front with H&Rs are the same as mine I really doubt you will scratch...unless your offset is really off as well

I also haven't reviewed previous threads on this very topic .. but, I think the most you can lower is 1" and thats pretty much how much your car will lower itself at over 65mph, so I don't see any issues with complications or causing the Airmatic shocks to fail.
There are many threads about this previously, so people have done it. Also, if you lower with the SDS I believe there is no need for redoing the alignment, which *IS* required with the other methods.
