Blue Interior

Has anyone ordered the blue interior and if so, can you post some pictures. Thanks!

it actually looks pretty sweet.....i saw it one that came through the center.....too bad they sold it otherwise i would havetaken pics for you.. i believe there is an extra chrage for it but i might be wrong

Does it compliment the Platinum Blue?

I've been considering ordering my E with a Platinum Blue exterior and the custom blue interior but have yet to see either. Was the car you saw with the blue interior a Platinum Blue by chance, and if so how did the two colors go together?

I spoke to my dealer today and asked why blue is not very popular. He said sarcastically replied, saying they make people put a $10,000.00 non-refundable deposit down on a Mercedes with a blue interior. Guess its not very popular. In the current Road & Track they test drive a CLK500 with an ice blue exterior and blue interior. I think it looks great. Platinum blue with blue inside would be awesome!!

I saw a platinum blue with blue interior and it looked OK. I personally think it looks better with ash or stone. The blue interior is not extra with platinum blue.

My advice "and I do have a platinum blue car" - Go with Ash or Charcoal unless you "SEE" the blue in person and like it. I hadn't seen one yet myself and I have seen lots of E's. Perhaps you could ask someone in germany to look for one with a blue interior and take pics.. Maybe Merc from the http://w211.de site.
