Opinions on Quaife diff versus Forged wheels?

Opinions on Quaife diff versus Forged wheels?
I know this is comparing apples and oranges. But being on a budget these days with the recession, I'm debating between the Quaife diff versus forged wheels for my 2005 E320 CDI (420 ft-lbs).
The Quaife diff is more like an organ transplant, ie. not cosmetic. It'll definitely help stop the wheel spin and a more even launch, not fighting the anti-slip system.
While the forged wheels provides abit of bling and performance too, with lighter weight rims on each corner, -6 lbs. Specifically, thinking of getting the Iforged Aero 18" wheels.
Any opinions on one or the other?
