MB Doctor - a class act!
Fellas,
Time for me to contribute...I have my E500 Wagon in the shop this week having a backup camera, Ipod cables, video controller, and 4 screens installed. Pics will be coming as soon as I pick up the car (tomorrow?).
But my story does not end there. I'm in Germany and as an English speaker, often it's difficult to get info and help. The audio installer was at a loss on the removal of the headliner and you may have seen my posts here.
Well, I hit the jackpot with MBDoctor. Saw a few posts here, picked up the phone, and called NY and asked for help. Solomon actually had a friend in Frankfurt and started a conference call to help me. He ended up sending instructions on a .pdf file on how to remove the headliner. We got it out tonight and the TV's are in the tailgate now! Incredible assistance was the key in this case and for this I am very thankful. I would recommend them to anyone. http://www.mbdoctor.com/
I'll post further pics/writeup for any interested wagon owners if any exist! Thanks for the other forum advice as well (Jay!)

OT - Barry, after 8 yrs in my house, I finally setup my turntable!! Picked up the $99 amp from RadioShack, stole my brothers Wharfdale speakers, and unpacked my Sony turntable, and I've been so happily listening to records since the weekend. I had forgotten the anticipation, just after the needle hits the vinyl, the hiss and crackle, and ......then the music. Ahhhhhhhhhhh

Sorry! Been on the road...business trip to Sofia then 5 days in southeast france with the wagon - big fan of the screens. Sorry no pics yet, the guy delivered it the night before my trip and I was in a big rush to get ready to go!
Now we're off to Denmark in two days, for a week. I'll try to get pics before I leave but much to do. I have not taken any vacation in 2 years so I have a bit of catching up to do.
Back soon!
