To Tint or Not to Tint?

I receive my new '08 350 E 4Matic this Friday. It is Black on Black with Black Bird's Eye Maple trim. Black LEATHER, Wood Steering wheel, Sport package, Premium II package, Ipod, and Bluetooth.
I've always loved having my windows (except Windshield) tinted professionally within 2 weeks after getting a new car. I see that THIS car comes with "Blue" tinted windows!
What do you think? Would you still get a nice dark #35 tint applied on the windows regardless of the Blue tint? I've had several Mercedes over the years and I've never seen Blue tinted windows.

My feeling is that a Black car with a blackish tint would look better than keeping the Blue tint.

Appreciate you input....from those of you with "taste".

since the car is black, yes tint 35% or 20% no doubt.

the stock blue tint from MBZ flows well with my car so i never bothered to tint it.

I would leave the blue tint on since mercedes is the only or the few that come with factory bule tint windows especially on the sport package. i have 5% on mine and it looks sick but doesnt have the sport package so thats the only reason i got them so dark!!!

Blue tint looks nice...but black/black with aftermarket tint will look better

Stick with the factory tint, it's hot. Why have trimmed seats if no one can see 'em?

I opted to install Huper Optik 40 ceramic tint on my E. It is not too dark, has great heat rejection properties and you can still see a hint of factory blue from certain angles.

Yes, my car with 35% tint, still has the hint of blue - which is more prominent in cloudy, rainy days. The factory tint was just not dark enough for me, so I went a light 35%.

I think either would look good. Maybe go with a light tint of 35% if you still want some blue?
