"radio" is known issue
...and there is a service bulletin. I am taking my car in tomorrow for the fix. (Symptom: radio repeatedly hangs and swicthes off spontaneously).
The MB dealer liason person just told me about this. He also apologised for the service level being on the low side: with one recent retirement, there are just 3 MB guys for dealer support for all of Canada, so everyone is getting burned out. A new person will be joining this in the new year so we should see improvement.
Boy, I would sure love to see those service bulletins.
