NAV LCD damaged
The sticky side goes towards the screen (obviously) and I started installation from the left side of the LCD screen. Two or three times after installing about one inch (or so) I had to pull it off the LCD to get it to line up properly. Because I had to do that the adhesive on the left side became weak and no longer sticks properly. It is cut to the EXACT size so if you don't line it up exactly, it will not lay flat at the edges. (they should have cut it a hair small.) I would recommend that when installing you start from the top and work down. A few small bubbles (not dirt) worked themselves out after a few days. It is very easy to get a piece of dirt on the adhesive and it is impossible to remove it.
After installation the left side doesn't stick and the right bottom corner won't stick. Driving around during the day wearing polarized sunglasses the nushield causes a moire pattern on the screen. Looks like crap. I hate it.
IMHO: The dayvue is best installed on screens where the unit can be removed from the car and the bezel can be taken off.
I have installed a bunch of invisible shield products - they can be moved during installation and look very good when done. Note: the invisibleshield is not antireflective but about the same price. Once you remove the rest of the factory applied LCD antiglare coating (as I did) you feel obligated to put something on.
I will be ordering the invisbleshield and getting rid of the dayvue.
I don't know how fitting a larger piece would be possible without removing the display bazel. Any ideas how to disassemble the front of the COMAND unit?
One of the posts above speaks of this particular one.
I will report back on the quality of the new shield.

The screen looks like new and I'm debating even putting a screen protector on it.

Never bothered to use a protector. 100% satisfied.
