If you mean that the wheel actually feels loose on the steering column, you can remove the air bag assembly by removing the two torx screws on the back of the padding. The Steering wheel is attached to the steering column by a pretty hefty hex bolt. It has some kind of thread locker from the factory. Unless someone changed the wheel (common for wood upgrades) I cannot imagine that it is loose. If you have play between the wheel and the tires, there are any number of additional points to inspect.

i dont think it is loose due to any mod change. i think i am used to driving other cars, and i felt the steering wheel is loose in comparison. What i am trying to say is i can turn the wheel without putting a lot of force on it. maybe its normal for e class, maybe its my car's problem, i really dont know

lol.... i had a similar situation... i didnt drive my g35 for a while (about a year), i was only driving the e... and the next time i drove my g i thought for sure there was something wrong with the steering because it was so much stiffer than the e-class... it's just that in comparison the e-class is so much more 'loose'...

It's a luxury car and not a go kart like, for example, a VW.
