Our analog tuners have been dead a few years. You can make use of the AUX inputs still, you can swap the unit to a digital one (that also does analog, I'm not sure if the MB tuners work in Hawaii) or you can add a digital tuner and connect it to the AUX inputs of the analog tuner (losing a lot of integrated control of the tuner though, but a lot cheaper).

The MB digital TV tuners won't work in the USA, so my brother told me. They use a different format...
Randy, you could just get an additional digital tuner and hook it up to your current TV tuner - just as Diesel Benz said. That's the only way you will be able to continue to use your TV tuner in your car. ... unfortunately...
