Cheap? It all depends on what you consider cheap. At the very least, you'll need an ECU tune and exhaust. ECU tunes are between $500-800, depending on the company you go with and exhaust will be anywhere from $400-$1500

There's a few people that are in the mid-high 13's with those mods plus some air intake stuff.

There's just not a lot more you can do to these cars that MB didn't already do.

Yeah, i know, thats why i was talking about "cheap" modifications like exhaust or ecu, so you dont have to spend thousand dollars on supercharger, also im not looking for some hugepower gainers, just to get into high 13´s

ECU/Exhaust will get you there, most likely.

Run 17's on the rear. Drop the pressure to 26 to 28.
Remove the spare tire and jack.
remove all your "junk" from the car.
Run with 1/8 of a tank of fuel.

That alone should see you to high 13's.

Also, make sure the weather is cooler.

Drain your windshield washer fluid (8 lbs per gallon...free "effective" hp)

I was

going to suggest 16's on a set of knock offs and light as possible.
Light weight pulley?Rotating mass on and in the engine is worth 20 times its weight savings as unsprung weight. So a 2lb savings on even a non underdriven oe sized pulley is like gaining 4-6 h.p.
Going to 16's or 17's will launch better than the 18's.
You will get there and the next step you will be asking how can i break into the high 12's?.

something to dream about

more air pressure in the front tires. Less rolling resistance. 45psi. if you are spinning at all with 26-28psi, get it down to 20 or so. its only hitting 110 in the traps.

got sport 2 suspension? stiffer the settings, the less weight transfer when launching.
less fuel, less water, less accessories, etc.
