rear rotors

does anyone know,
i ordered replacement rear rotors from the dealer. got them, tried to install them and i noticed i have vented ones. the dealer gave me solid. went to the dealer, ran my vin# and it came up solid. can someone verify if it is supposed to be solid or vented? i had the rotors replaced when i wanted cross drilled, after a year now, they squeak like hell. wanted to go back stock. i don't recall if my stocks was vented or solid when i took them off and installed the cross drilled. i already did the fronts. i have a 2003 E500, build date 10/02

VIN specific EPC inquiry shows A2114230712 (solid) for USA. A2114230912 (ventilated) is available/compatible however, does not list with USA code 494. Cost for both is the same, 67 list/54 net.
