Advice on 211
I am going to look at a 2004 211 Wagon this week and would like a few pointers. I know much about 210 but nothing about the 211 E class. What price should I pay? thing to look out for.

2004 E500 Wagon
Current value depends on model, mileage, condition. There's a steep drop in value as they cross the 50k mile mark. The E500 will cost more than a 320 as it comes standard with 4matic and Airmatic. Fuel consumption is not great with the V8, but hey. There are still some W211 wagons coming off lease and retail values between $23-25k would be expected for the higher optioned specimens. Not many E500 wagons out there...

i payed 22,500 for an 04 e500 wagon with basically every option available,such as heated and ventilated seats,bixenon,auto liftgate,3rd row seating,nav,hk sound system.it had 74,000 on the clock.and it came with mercedes extended warranty till oct 2009

2004 e500 4MATIC Wagon
On 12/27/2008 I took delivery of my 2004 E500 4MATIC wagon from my local MB Dealer. Certified pre-owned, 12m/100K warranty, 39k miles. Options are wood & leather wheel, sunroof, HK sound & 6 CD changer, heated/ventilated seats, bi-xenons, and built-in phone w/voice command. Paid $22,000 even.
