03 e320 100,000 service?
what really NEEDS to be done? i kinda searched but didnt really find nothing (maybe i didnt look hard anough). and what should it cost to do it too?

It depends on what you have not done so far?
Transmission, spark plugs, differential & ps fluid (usually overlooked), belts, hoses, bushings, coolant, brake fluid, fuel filter. It is basically a normal scheduled service according to the service schedule, but a good time to katch up on anything being put off or not yet done.
Basically a FULL inspection and you should be fine.

but is all that needed? or just some? i have the car but as for the money im on a budget. if i have to spend it i want to do it to whats needed, not what they want me to do(they being the dealer). so thats why im asking you the people.

MB makes the service schedules for the cars they build. The dealers do not make the service schedules.
