That thing looks SWEET. You probably won't find a higher end/better equipped non E55 example than that one right there. The AMG Packages were quite rare for the pre-'09's. The mileage is pretty high but I think that price is pretty damn good, especially as a starting point. I'd knock off as much as you possibly can, get it inspected by a Pro (very important), then buy the damn thing.
Also, I've learned that Pictures can be VERY deceiving, sometimes you see this beautiful Car advertised, then go look at it and it's a jalopy, happened to me tons of time. Make sure you evaluate this one real good with that Mileage.

From what I can tell it has Premium package, AMG sport package, and Keyless Go. Looks good. Just make sure you have it inspected thouroughly. They look for the weirdest things (like if the bolts on the side of the car for the hood are not painted the same color as the factory paint that the side has been replaced. Uncle thought me that one).
All you need to do is get tints, LED tail lights, an HID kit, wood steering wheel (this is really good, changes interior look completely), and do a resonator delete for the exhaust.
Actually, I just noticed the silver grille. I kind of like that better than the black one.

Yeah mine comes with the silver grille too, looks awesome on a Silver or Pewter car.
I wonder why that one doesn't have LED tallights? Mine doesn't as the AMG Sports for some reason don't, but I though E500's had them Standard?

Yeah it does, that was the reason I got an E350 instead, I would have gotten the V8 if that wasn't the case. Air ride is a no no for me.
I've heard really bad things about the ABC on the CL's, my S had ABC and I ended up getting rid of the Car as one of the wheel wells started sagging.

Lol, when I bought the car CPO from Beverly Hills, one of the tail lights had a crack. So I told them to replace it. They did, but put a non-led one. Lol, it looked so funny. So, they ordered the LED one for me and had it on a couple of days later. I had asked the guy for a lot to be done with body stuff and then when I asked to change the light I said can you get me the 07 ones? He just laughed.

I never understood why the AMG Sports don't have LED's. Also the Appearance Packages have HID's standard? Those are two things I wouldn't mind having of course, the Blue Tint is cool but I blacked mine anyway, also I like the brown wood (looks more "fancy" IMO), I like the White and Black guages equally, etc.
Why are the LED's safer in traffic? Is it 'cause they display faster? I blacked my lights out so I figure LED's would be basically a waste of money.

You wouldn't be sorry man. IMO the AMG Packaged pre-face lifts are my favourite look for the 211....Okay okay, tied with the '09's that are coming with the AMG package, but to me the 211 with the AMG look is a hard look to beat period. Now when it comes to base models, I think the base pre-face lifts look a bit too "soft", as the '07+'s are a little more aggressive out of the box, I think the AMG on an '06 E350 is perfect because it has the smooth flowing look of the pre-face lift, while gaining the edge of the AMG kit. IMO if you're gonna go for an '06 or under, it's worth it to find an AMG Sport (really hard to find though and you'll pay more $$), or at least find a nice Sport/Appearance Package all loaded up with the perfect color, that will definitely make you happy as it'll have some anemities the AMG package doesn't even have (like Gaezmon listed).

In my opinion, the 03-06 AMG packages are sick. I think the 07+ look is too much for an E-class. I would love to do an 03-06 E55 AMG front and rear bumper facelift (to bad that deer didn't take out my front bumper
