your heading in the right direction but still way off. NO way am I interested in buying my leased car unless its a stupid deal that I can't pass up. For me that's maybe 32-33k. At this point I'm going to ride it out and see what MB lease offers are December for the '09's. Hopefully I can get into a shorter term lease on another E and wait till the new 2010 model gets some time under the hood to work out the new car kinks. Another option is to jump into a C350 or possibly the new GLK for 24-27 months, provided the GLK is available in the next 75 days. It might be an interesting change from the E and should cost less/month. I got my daughter a new C300 4M sport back in the summer and its a nice driving car. For what I use it for it could work for a short term. I also have the SL550 that I can use on the weekends and if the weather gets bad I will take my wife's GL450 if I have to drive somewhere. Keep me posted on what happens. I'll do the same...
