Wife and I are thinking about test driving a '04 E320 wagon this weekend. It is offered at $19,500 and has 71k miles. I've attached the Carfax report FWIW. What do you guys think about this '04?

I recently sold my '02 C-coupe with 103k miles. Nothing major went wrong. it had a few hiccups but most them I fixed myself after the warranty ran out. I sink more money into our Honda Element than my old C-Class.
