OIL LEVEL 2005 E500
How to properly check the oil level on my 2005 E500!??? I've checked it through the heads up display but I just don't trust it.
Would rather use the good 'ol dipstick. Anyone know??

There is a dipstick tube on the rear of the engine that will NOT be clearly marked. You can purchase a MB tool (dipstick) for $75 or so from mercedes to check the oil. Sometimes you can find the same tool on ebay for around $35.00
But if the display works why bother unless you change your own oil.
