Sorry, but you have a quick and simple resolution to your problem. And it doesn't require you to key his car, flat his tires blah, blah, blah. You need to take responsibility for your complaint and stick it to this guy!

Good deal. You just need to make a claim against his insurance carrier with that info..

Hopefully you get paid and his rates go up!

Yes, your situation sucks . . . sorry but I hope you get some satisfaction.

Agree. I find myself quite in the minority in the greater Los Angeles area.

They basically asked for! Even the police officer lady told me while waiting that she had to do a complete paint job b/c of some rude people keyed her car. Didn't tell me what kind of a car which basically doesn't matter. Any property shouldn't be damaged!

What you should have done was smash up his car with a 9 iron.

Next time, just report the vehicle here (there should be one of these in every state):

http://www.arb.ca.gov/enf/complaints/smoke.htm

and they will send them to a smog test ($40+ bucks), regardless if they are up for it or not. Yes, it will not get your car fixed, but it is the most legal way of getting back at them I know of :-)

Are yo serious? Like doing this on a weekly basis? I'm gonna love it. But don't you think after a few times, the feds who schedule this figure that out?
