Service C?
My E350 (08 - 13000miles) is 12months old. I just got service A done on it. Now it says service C due in another 12500 miles. I expected it to be service B. Why did it decide on Service C? Any suggestions?

The letters don't refer to the order in which the jobs must be done. They roughly refer to the amount of work needed at that time. The "higher" the letter, the "bigger" the list.
