there is an easy to replace seal where the sender sits under the seat. the stalling may be unrelated.

So I pulled up the carpet and access port and found a bit of very old liquid around the sealing ring both inside and out of the housing. I cleaned it with paper towels and then found the sealing ring itself wasn't tight. Wasn't overly loose but it did spin about a 1/3 turn. Everything else looked fine on both sides. No cracks, nothing out of the ordinary. The passenger side was dusty dry. Hoping this solves any issues!

Check codes. Loose seal on tank should trigger one.
Clear whatever computer might have in memory and check if stalling still happens.

Why don't you guys get it fixed under the warranty? I got mine taken care of by the dealer.

If you read the thread, he was past the 15 year warranty. It's only 15 years unlimited miles for the extended warranty on the fuel tank.

There is a thread somewhere over here that one can submit for reimbursement. Does that apply to repairs occurring after 15 years have passed?
