First, are you sure you have a W211 and not a US MY 2003 W210 (sorry for a basic question).
You would not need any radio removal tools on a W211. And you should find multiple posts explaining how this is done. Perhaps an example:

1. Pull up from front of shifter bezel and pop off.
2. Pop out ashtray (unplug cig lighter)
3. Remove (2) t20 torx screws from UCP, unplug 2 or 3 plugs on bottom, slide out (shifter will need to be in gear)
4. Loosen (2) t20 torx beneath radio, radio will now slide out.

Hey Im interested in Updating my sound system can you post pics of yours to see how it looks. I was thinking of finding a used command system at a junk yard. but if I can change it that will be better. does it sound the same?

Radio changed
Bro i have totally changed the sound in the vehiclei installed a pioneer d3 at that point in time then change all the interior speakers to pioneer components nd shortyly after that amplified the whole thing plus i added 2 15s cvx with a 3000w mono block power acoustic and a 1200w 4 channel power acoustic plus added an extra battery in the trunk> the only set bak is that u have to deal with visit workshop with battery symbol when u first start the car. but i have had the car like this for @ years now and had no electrical problems
