Yes there is.
Bi-Xenons (low AND high beams) are available on the 03 E as an option, Either nearly alone in the E-1 pkg, or as part of the sport package in the E-3 pkg. I believe both run about $1,300, so you get A LOT more going with the sport pkg.
PS--I wholly agree with the "driving by candlelight" description. My 03 C320 has the regular halogens, and my 03 E-500 have the Xenons. I won't go back to the halogens if I have a choice
