tyre pressure system

I have this gadget fixed in my car.

However, everyday i seem to have this MALFUNCTION on the screen... "check tyres".

After putting air, a few hours later, the screen comes up again. Its annoying at times. No one likes MALFUNCTIONS

Any ways of overcoming this problem ?

The system is definitely not perfect. I also get malfunction messages from time to time and sometimes one tire will show blank psi. Most of the time I can get rid of the error message by going through the reset process using the display in conjunction with the reset button. Good luck.

That's a little disappointing. I've been lusting after that option. It seems to be a great safety item.

But I hate techno things that glitch out! It would really irk me to have to reset the dang thing!

Hope they continue to work on this!

No problems with mine

Only when I let out a lot of air since the tires were overinflated did I ever get a wierd message (possible tire damage, or something to that regard). But once I reset it per the manual, no problems... so for the time being I'm happy with this option.
