Interior space difference between an E55 and E63. Which has more?

If you guys have info on the M5 as well, put it into consideration as to which have the most space, especially the rear.

Both the E55 and E63 share the same chassis so the legroom will be exactly the same in both cars. Now between the Benzs and the BMW I believe the MBs have more head and legroom then the BMW. However the difference is not that big. You will be equally comfortable/uncomfortable in both cars depending on your size.
