18x9 et39 with 265/35/18 on all 4 corners?

Will 18x9 et 43 AMG wheels with 265/35/18 fit on all 4 corners of a w211 E350? Will the fronts clear the struts and fenders?

I like the idea of same sizing to cut down on the factory understeer and enable rotation.

Thanks.

I'm with you on that one, I never like staggered setup. My sister's 07 C230 was the first car we had with this. The damn thing is on it's third set of tires right now and it's only been a 27 month lease. My E just got a 2nd set back in early Jan. and the car came with like 90% thread wear left and it will be 2 years this mid Aug. If I change my rims, I won't be getting staggered setup, no way.

My tires are unidirectional and staggered. I like the setup. I rotate at 15,000 miles by having the tires removed and remounted for the opposite side of the car. It’s less than $100.

You do not want to put 265 tires in the front, it will increase understeer,
and make the car harder to turn and less responsive...

staggered is the way to go as you get best of both worlds

that is why corvette, ferrari, aston martin, lambo's etc and other $150 k
cars have staggered wheels,, to give you fast turn in in the front,
with a sticky read end to reduce oversteer..

if you want the best looking and performance wheels and tires..

get the AMG, type 3 wheels,, for your E 350, they are on the AMG package on the E class, CLS and SL, raging from 18" to 19 " from mercedes factory

size front 8.5 x 19 with 245 35 x19 tires offset 30

size rear 9.5 x 19 with 275 30/35 x 19 tires offset 31

these are in the AMG catalog for the E class, and will fit no problem..

they also fit the CLS and SL and give a great look

Great post!! Not only does staggered look awesome, but they also provide performance features as stated above. Do it! Nothing like nice meatier tires in the back which provide a larger contact patch.

Max you can go front is 245 ... 265 would cause rubbing / damage suspension, especially steering column due to more stress & vibrations travelling up the front with engine weight sitting right on top ... dont forget the steering to harden up, bumpy ride & eventually bearing damage...
Max you can go rear is 275 without rubbing
Rim diameter is your choice, more the diameter expensive the tires, more prone to rim damage (during parallel park etc)
