**Anyone insterested in a custom L.E.T. dyno ECU tune in the DC area?**
I've been in talks with L.E.T and I'm trying to work out the details now, but L.E.T. is willing to fly out and do a DC area custom dyno tune for us. We already have a few people, but need a few more to make it cost affective for Wayne to fly out.
Details to come, but I believe for the E500, it's $799 plus 100.00 per hour for custom tuning and dyno fee. Our cars shouldn't take more than 1 hour, since they're pretty straight forward. So figure a $1000.00 or so for the M113 cars. With 18-25 RWHP gain over stock programming.
I also think that if you don't see acceptable gains on your car, you don't pay. Or something crazy like that.
Anyway, reply here or PM me if interested. Looking at the weekend of April 24th-26th.

I have candidly never heard of L.E.T. If there is any info on them or their tunes I would have interest in reading about them.
I assume an E550 would be $799 + dyno time?

No word as yet on whether the E550 is tunable or not....being it's been two days my guess is probably not. Oh well, I just had a tune done for my other toy which is keeping me plenty entertained for now.

I am interested to see the results from this. Clearly I am too far away to make it to DC, but quite interested in options for my E500 W4. Is there any limitiation with the 4Matic drivetrain and the 5sp vs the 7? Or is this simply an engine ECU tune?

We recently tuned a 4-matic S500 in New Jersey, with great results.
You have a greater drivetrain loss with a 4-matic car than the RWD siblings, and will show lower wheel-HP because of it.
We can tune your ECU right now, with the TCU tune to follow this summer. We can either send you a remote tuning kit, do a mail-order tune, or set up a group tuning day in Minneapolis.
