Brakes too soft

E 320 CDI 2004 with SBC, brake pedal is just too soft...i REALLY need to step on it to make the car stop, is there any way to adjust this SBC pump so it's a bit more sensitive? I already changed brake pads/rotors and it's exactly the same...it has been like this since the day i bought the car.

I suspect air in the system. You might consider have the dealer bleed the system. Or better have them change the brake fluid (required every 2 years or so) and this will give you new fluid and purge air from the system.
