Finally!

Now can I expect the car in 3 weeks??? Hope no more snow storms to slow down the train. What do you say guys....is 3 weeks realistic for a trans-Canada rail delivery??? :o
Am I giving away my cool???
LOL!
I assumed that my car came through the Panama Canal to Southern California, but does anyone know for sure?
Actually, I am on my way to Vancouver for business this morning and it is too bad that I won't see you enjoying your new, and simply fantastic, ride.
Of course, if you like, I would be pleased to drive it from the US East Coast or Canada to Vancouver
I speak this from my personal experience.
Given that the weather permits the train to run on normal schedule, it actually takes about ten days in total for your new car to arrive in the dealership.
It takes the train about seven days from Halifax to Vancouver. The train will stop at Calgary for about one day before proceeding to Vancouver. When the train finally arrives, your car will sit in the dock at Annacis Island for about two days for them to do some prep work to the car. Then you car will be loaded to the truck to be shipped to the dealer.
Enjoy your new ride.
This old man is getting a new toy. :p
Hey, Tezta no promises, but I will surely try....if I can get my wife away long enough to get it done!
Dang! Gotta get myself a digital camera. Is the Olympus 5050 any good? Duh!

Enjoy the anticipation. Snow pictures would be really fun.

So far we have been very lucky this year in Vancouver. No snow yet and winter has been very mild. Now having said that, we will be buried in snow come March!
