Windows not sliding all the way down

Windows not sliding all the way down
Hi
I just got a 09 E a week ago. The two front windows don't slide all the way down. They stop 1/2 inch before going completely inside the door.

Is it supposed to be this way or should the windows go all the way in ? The manual talks about syncing the windows and I tried that but couldn't get it to work.

Please help.

Its supposed to do that. I guess its a design flaw on the W211?
