On my car there are no NAV VCA voice commands other then Saying: "Map" from any other application which COMAND then displays the Map.
You have to press the button marked "HOME".

Perhaps the OP has a later model with NTG2.5? It would be useful to have more accurate info about the car and the region where the car comes from.
