2006 E320 CDI 210,000 miles and doing fine.
Needs a glow plug right now. I'll do that with the next oil change (in the next week or so).

09 E63 going on 82k, just purchased a month ago.
It has the learching/hard down shift when coming to a stop when cold (currently reading more on that here); and has developed a ticking sound in the engine after all fluids flush and spark plugs replacement (no idea yet).

2004 E500 4-Matic bought new Oct 2004, 164K motor and trans strong as ever. Only big buck items to go were the front airmatic shocks. Still a great highway cruiser, getting 22 mpg on trips. Gave it to my daughter just about 100K.

1) 2007 E320 (W211) Bluetec
2) 244,050
3) Underboost code P0299
Only owner with all routine maintenance (tires, belts, fluids) done at MB dealer. Amazingly, original windshield (my 2018 GLC has chip at 2000 miles), battery, alternator, and every other major component. Replaced EGR when check engine light came on at 239k but but didn't fix underboost code. In need of illusive cat con with no aftermarket available and dealership out over 2-3 months. Love this car!

I've got 186K on my 2006 320 CDI. Bought her with 134 on her. So far, only oil changes and the thermostat (with help from youtube). Perfect highway commuting car. Hope to drive her until she tells me she's done.

Thanks Bahnstormer. This car suits me as well as my driving style much better than the S550. (Which was a great car, don't get me wrong).
2007 is still affected by it, by this cars engine number was past the affected range, otherwise I would not have purchased.
Also came with a set of brand new Michelin Pilot Sports as well as a solid maintenance history from the local MB Dealer.
This car has already seen TWO (2) Transmission Services, so the previous owner meticulously maintained it.

Great looking E350. 2 trans services is a great indicator of a solid owner. What do you think of the Michelin’s? Are they quiet? How is the ride - harsh or comfortable?

That '07 is beautiful.
I just put Michelin MXM4's on my '05 CDI and love them. Quiet, smooth, and great handling. It is easy to smoke the inside shoulders on the back tires but if you are gentle, they do well. My last ones got 58k miles (80k+ on two). At 200k+ miles, I've got lots of tire life data. Ha!
FWIW, my original diesel engine, tranny and rear end are still doing fine and I just replaced the rear rotors and pads for the first time.
Regards,
Peter

In regards to the Michelins, this is my 4th set (1 on my previous E320, 2 sets so far on my wife's C300). I like them a lot, not loud and the performance in the rain is awesome. I think it is a great tire.
As I live in Northern CA, I cannot speak for winter/snow performance.
