Thanks for your impression of the Michelins. I went with Pirelli's - but will try the Michelins next go around. The 16 / 17" rims and higher side wall tires make a world of difference in how W211's ride. Mine has the sport package with spilt spoke staggered 18" and there are not a lot of tire choices, plus the low profile is tough to get a good ride from.

Welcome.
Considering the 18" inch wheels and me as well having the sport package on my car, the ride is pretty good. I am happy to sacrifice a little comfort/ride quality for looks.

Found the car on craigslist, proverbial '" Little Old Lady" car, you just never know what may turn up . now am 2nd owner. I have only driven my rattle trap Corvette once in the last month LOL....

Do you have any experience, with changing them?

front end seems to drag on driveway approaches 2009 E350

Problems: Car front end seems to drag on driveway approaches, hangs up on Parking Concrete curbs (but only on pulling away) Backing away from them.
I did see a section (Sticky) on lowering the car, could that be it ?

Seems as if there are body panel gaps, as if front end has no support and is sagging ? look at the gaps in the front.

Exactly what failed that "melted" the DPF?
